Jeanette Crew Design





Jules I am a graduate student and Michigan transplant living in central Florida. I moved here shortly after completing my undergraduate studies at Michigan State University in 2006. I love warmer climates, and much of my father's side still lives here, so that pretty much explains why I chose Florida. I am currently working on my Masters of Art Online degree in History and Culture of the Middle East through Vermont College of Union Institute & University. My primary interests in the Middle East are Iraq (specifically Baghdad during the caliphates), al-Andalus, and pre-Islamic times. I will be spending the next year writing my thesis on the "House of Wisdom" established in Baghdad during the 8th-9th century.
