Visual Merchandising And Store Design Magazine

The 2009 Retail Design Institute (RDI) International Store Design Awards Gala, held Jan. 11 at The Times Center Stage in New York, honored the top store designs for 2009. The coveted Store of the Year award went to The Room - Hudson Bay Company, designed by Yabu Pushelberg.

Judges for the design awards included Russ Sway, FRDI, R Sway Assoc.; Paul Filek, burdifilek; Karen Williams, UW Studios Design Group; Robert Ruscio, Rusico Studio; Michael Totzke, Canadian Interiors Magazine; Glenn Pushelberg, Yabu Pushelberg; and Jackie Bonic, LCBO.
