I ordered a TV stand from this company and the estimated date of delivery was supposed to be between March 5 and March 10. March 9 rolls around and I still had not received any shipping confirmation. I emailed them wanting to know when I would be receiving my item. 6ave replies to my email with a vague response- Something like, sorry for the delay, your item is being processed and will ship soon and you’ll get a confirmation once it’s shipped. Mind you, they already charged my credit card. March 13 rolls around and still no stand. This is 3 days after the estimated shipping date. At that point I would have been able to file an XYZ claim with Amazon. So I emailed 6ave again to let them know that I still haven’t received anything and that I would be filing the claim. They said that unfortunately, I wouldn’t be getting my TV stand until sometime during the week of March 16. They gave no explanation for the delay. At that point I didn’t want the item anymore. So they said they’d intercept the package and give me a refund. A week later I hadn’t received any credit on my credit card. I emailed them again and they said that they have to wait for the item to return to them before they can process the refund and that it would be another week until they receive the stand back. Whatever. I finally got my refund from them a few days ago. I would not order from this company again. It’s not worth the hassle. I feel that they don’t inform customers of delays or shipping info unless you push them for any sort of answer. The up-side was that they did respond quickly to me complaints and I did eventually get my money back.
